In 1982, KNLC Channel 24, an independent Christian Television station, began broadcasting throughout the St. Louis area.
KNLC’s mission over the years has been to provide:
*A Christian voice throughout the STL area through inspirational programming.
*Television entertainment that the entire family can enjoy.
*A voice for the “voiceless” - sharing the stories of the poor so their experiences, hopes and dreams will not be forgotten.
*Awareness and advocacy for social and environmental injustices in our local and global communities.
*Fundraising to support the humanitarian work of the New Life Evangelistic Center (www.nlecstl.org).
*Job training to previously homeless persons in: production, videography, editing, and broadcast training.

Pretty good movie. The wreckage of Germany as a genuine backdrop is impressive. Paul Douglas always gives a great performance, very memorable here as a hard working radar engineer. The politics of post war Germany on civilians is front and center here, showing a realistic picture of the desperate plight of the people in post war occupation, the very same medicine they were doling out to every country they conquered just a few years earlier..

No one remembers Patton warned everyone the Russians couldn’t be trusted, that they would never give back occupation territory, were no different than the Nazis, that the allies would be fighting them shortly if they continued to appease them. He was fired by Eisenhower for speaking his views. The allies soon learned Patton was right, Churchill’s warnings about Soviet aggression also having been ignored.

I never saw this movie before and it's really good, it touches you emotionally. When we wane about problems we create ourselves We then see people struggling with problems they dont create but are faced to deal with it stops our pity party. In this world I've learned we have to fight and pray for anything you want. God will send you angles and the holy spirit to encourage you, but if you want better, you have to work for it, it doesn't come to you.

Yes. She was her younger sister born in 1921.
I agree, Ida Lupino was in the category with Betty Davis, my all time favorite and Barbara Stanwick. I feel their life experiences played out in their performances, which drew you in. The performances were so authentic, they were so true to their craft.
